in the meeting observed, people discussed with facts but stuck to their positions. Resolution came from a senior person and accepted more out of respect.

Authority

No one has any authority.

Tem leader has all authority

Some members in the team wield authority but in a subtle way.

Authorities are spelt out to all and every member has some amount of authority

Leadership also changes and so authority gets distributed.

Communication

Team charter is clear on roles and responsibilities. People however were not very much foillowiing it. Some were not aware of it. As already told, one senior person is defacto controlling the discussion and others were not asserting themselves. Communication is through a group created in intranet and every Monday there is an update.

Communication is both formal and informal and of high frequency

Channels of communication change as per the need of the hour and the response is same.

Empathy

When asked, people said that they realloy do not contact each other for help. The chronic absentee said that no one contacted him.

Team has not been able to tap the conmpetences of individuals as the attendance is less.
