I recommend that we come up with a shorter (through choice of folks who can answer a wider range of questions), well-balanced (to cover our Narrative Outline 1 as thoroughly as possible) highly prioritized (people in authority or possessing authoritative knowledge) list to submit first, to get us started. My recommendations follow. Note: I am arranging them by the Narrative Outline roman numerals, but these particular ones were selected because they could speak to many of the other points as well.

This is just 16 named individuals for interviews (plus airport folks) and three sets of briefings. I think the same process of discipline we are applying to length of our Narrative should apply to our highest priority initial interview requests so I would urge we set a goal of no more than 20 for this "tranche."
