Stephanie: Has Clarke been told yet that Berger's going before him and that we want him for 3 hours? Do I recall you telling me that Dan Marcus was going to make the call to Clarke? Or is that just my imagination? FYI: While I was over at cia with Alexis and Philip, Roger Cressey called me and left a voice mail asking me to contact him. I called him but he didn't answer, so I left him a voice mail. It wouldn't surprise me if he's calling on Clarke's (his boss) behalf to bitch about the schedule. Who knows? I just remember Clarke had wanted to go to Harvard that afternoon. I'll let you know what Roger says once we make contact. Mike

We may want to see how the others' availability looks first, but we can surely push back here. If necessary, I'm sure the class can be rescheduled. Surely it's more important—both to us and to Clarke to have him testify in front of this Commission. Switching the time slots around is going to be tough. Front office may have to take this up with Clarke directly. Mike

She said that he will not be in town on Wednesday, March 24 because he will be teaching a class at Harvard that day. She said that the only part of our hearing in which he will be in town is the morning of March 23. Please advise. Thanks, Dan
