PARISH ADVISORY COUNCIL MEETING 5th FEBRUARY 2009 7.30 P.M. U

1. Presentation on Cambodia. This was given by members of St. Mary’s, Ipswich on their Parish twinning. 2. Apologies There were no apologies 3. Minutes of January meeting To be discussed at next meeting 4. Matters arising As above 5. Cambodia – The next Step It was agreed unanimously that St. Felix should look at twinning with a Parish in Cambodia.

6. Policy Review for hall use/hire To be discussed at next meeting. 7. Diocesan Pastoral Plan Review T. Brazier and M McDonald volunteered to review the Diocesan Pastoral Plan. This has to be completed within a month and returned to Bishop Michael

8. Dates of next two meetings. Thursday 19th February at 7.30 p.m – Extra Meeting to catch up on outstanding business Thursday 5th March at 7.30 p.m. – Meeting to include discussion of Diocesan Pastoral Plan.
