Notice of a Special Meeting on Hallway Renovations Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 7pm, lobby of 35 Murray Street

Dear Owners: The House Committee and the Board of Directors are pleased to invite you to a meeting on the updated proposal for the hallway and lobby renovations at Gallery Court. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 6 at 7pm, in the lobby of 35 Murray Street. The presentation that outlines the proposal will be posted on the web page of Gallery Court over the next few days. You will be notified by e-mail when the file is uploaded. Some copies of the presentation will also be available through the Superintendent. In addition, the Superintendent was given small samples of the selected carpet and wallpaper, which you can view in advance of the meeting (at the meeting we will provide larger samples of the selected design). After the presentation and the discussion you can fill in your ballot and drop it into one of the suggestion boxes or use the online survey as indicated on the web page of Gallery Court.
