Experience in the field of literacy culture has been the need to develop a field of knowledge that would provide me with theoretical and methodological tools to deal effectively with problems management of information in today’s society, this was the starting point to start the journey in training citizens in the use of information in a systematic way, as the challenges of the "knowledge society" require new methodologies and the inclusion of training in topics that transcend the management of the library to focus on information, and providing people with useful elements in their everyday lives, given the exponential growth of information and specificity in information needs, Every day it is more urgent to form autonomous users who have the necessary knowledge and skills to locate, access, select and use information effectively and that is useful for their life.

its main purpose was to facilitate a space of dialogue and synergy between the departments and capital cities that make up the Llano Region, in order to identify topics of interest, common priorities and priorities contributing to the cultural development of this territory. In particular, the aim was to encourage reflection on culture as a strategic axis of regional development; to promote dialogue and exchange on the common interests of the departments and capital cities that make up the Region; to promote the formulation of regional cultural projects. for the General Royalty System; socialize the balance of funding sources in culture for the past three years; and generate a space for dialogue and reflection around the importance of communication and information as a strategic variable for the consolidation and strengthening of the cultural sector. How can cultural literacy projects improve relations among different students at SENA? It can be improved by providing theoretical and methodological tools to deal effectively with information management problems in today’s society, this was the starting point to start the journey in training citizens in the use of information in a systematic way, as the challenges of the "knowledge society" require new methodologies and the inclusion of training in topics that go beyond the management of the library to focus on information, and that provide people with useful elements in their daily lives; Faced with the exponential growth of information and specificity in information needs, it is becoming increasingly urgent to form autonomous users who have the necessary knowledge and skills to locate, effectively access, select and use information that is useful for your life. As Literacy will also be understood in a holistic way and from two perspectives or senses, the teaching-learning
process that seeks an individual or collective, thanks to the professional accompaniment and of an educational institution or library, using different didactic strategies and learning environments reach the knowledge, skills and attitudes in the computer field to enable them, after identifying their information needs, and using different formats, means and resources also helps them to locate, select, retrieve, organize, evaluate, produce, share and disseminate this information in an appropriate and efficient way, with a critical and ethical position, based on its potentialities (cognitive, practical and affective) and previous knowledge (other literacies)and achieve appropriate interaction ,with other individuals and groups (cultural practice social inclusion), according to the different roles and contexts it assumes (educational levels, research, job or professional performance), and finally, with all this process, to achieve and share new knowledge and to have the basis of lifelong learning for personal, organizational, community and social benefit in the face of the demands of the current information society.
