TEXT SMAN TEMPEH ANNIVERSARY My school, SMAN Tempeh celebrated its 36th anniversary on October 16, 2018. We all joined a se ries of activities that lasted for 4 days from Tuesday to Friday. There were many interesting activities such as: Fun Walk, Gymnastics, Karaoke, School Got Talent, Coloring Competition, Self Defence, Dance Performance, Art Performances, Albanjari, Cutting Tumpeng And Shadow Puppet Play. The activity started on Tuesday morning. It was fun walk which was followed by all students and teachers. There were many door prizes given to the participants by lottery. After the break, activities continued with karaoke and gymnastics competitions. These competitions were very attractive. Many participants performed and seen by hundreds of spectators. We were glad that day and came home happily. The next day, Wednesday, the school held a School Got Talent. My class was taking part in this competition. We presented a mixture of traditional and modern dance. Even though our class did not win, we were very happy and felt satisfied because we have done our best. On Thursday, the school held a coloring contest for kindergarten children. This activity was in great demand by kindergarten in our area. The numerous participants who participated in the event proved this. In the same day, the school held a musical competition, which was a traditional music competition that uses traditional Indonesian musical instruments called Gamelan. This competition was followed by several musical music groups. All their performances were is good and fun. On the last day, Friday, the school performed Albanjari music performances and held a prayer together. This activity was closed with an all-night shadow puppet show. My school's anniversary activities this time were quite long and tiring However, my friends and I happy very happy and hoped that this event will be better next year.
