SALMAO AO CHAMPIGNON TEMPO DE PREPARO: - 01 hora 00 minutos RENDIMENTO: - 04 porcoes INGREDIENTES: - 2 postas de salm�o - sal a gosto - 3 dentes de alho picados e amassados - pimenta do reino a gosto - suco de 1 lim�o Molho: - 1 colher de manteiga - 1 vidro pequeno de cogumelos em fatias - 1 x�cara de creme de leite - sal e pimenta do reino branca a gosto MODO DE PREPARO: 01. Tempere as postas de salm�o com alho, sal, lim�o e pimenta. 02. Deixe marinar por meia hora. 03. Grelhe as postas de salm�o at� dourarem. 04. Para o molho,derreta a manteiga, refogue os cogumelos. 05. Acrescente o creme de leite e deixe engrossar. 06. Tempere e colque sobre o salm�o grelhado.
