Proyeksi yang digunakan : AP Lateral Pasien : Johan Radiografer : Munifah Indikasi : fraktur Seorang pasien masuk kedalam instalasi radiologi dengan tangan kanan menggunakan ARMSLING, pasien tersebut mengalami fraktur pada bagian lengan kanan karena terjatuh dari motor ketika perjalanan menuju kampus. Dialog Radiografer : mr.johan silahkan masuk ke dalam kamar pemeriksaan 1 Pasien : (menuju kedalam kamar pemeriksaan) Radiorafer : mas namanya siapa Pasien : johan kholid Radiografer : tinggalnya dimana Pasien : dukuwaluh Radiorafer : mas umurnya berapa Pasien : 18 tahun Radiografer : yang sakit sebelah mana mas Pasien : sebelah sini ( menunjuk bagian yang sakit) Radiografer : silahkan mas duduk di samping meja pemeriksaan dengan lengan kanan diatas meja Pasien : baik bu Radografer : saya bantu untuk melepas armslingnya (melepaskan kaitan pada pasien) Pasien : tolong bu pelan pelan Radiografer : maaf, mas posisinya seperti ini dan tolong jangan digerakan nanti saya keluar untuk memfoto tangan dan tolong menoleh ke kiri (memproyeksikan lengan diatas kaset) Expose dilakukan Radiografer : silahkan mas boleh menggunakan armsling kembali dan menunggu di ruang tunggu Pasien : baik saya tungu di luar (menuju ke ruang tunggu) Selang beberapa menit Radiografer :silahkan mas boleh pulang, hasil radiograf bisa diambil 1 x 24 jam

One day, in Wijaya hospital there have a patient feel pain in his anteberachi, according his story the pain cause he have an accident. He decide go to the doctor and suggested to take same x-ray fot his antebrachi because his antebrachi have fracture.
