THAT theCity will enterinto a Lease-Purchase Agreementwith First Bankfor thepurposeof financinga Utility Truck.

Section2:

THAT the City will designateRon Nightingale,Mayor Pro-Tem,andNancy Nold, City Secretary, asauthorizedsignersofthe Lease-Purchase Agreementby andbetweenthe City of PelicanBay andFirst Bank.

Section3:

THAT a copyof theLease-Purchase Agreement is on file with theOfficeof the City Secretary.
