Essay: Recycled dress

All the details that we’d designed mostly came from the structure of Salakang-langgao, it’s located at the coast of Jaopaya river. It was created 100 years ago, its sculpture came from the idea of Colonial, architectural style that has been incorporated into settlements. It inspired us a lot because we fasniciate the design of this sculpture, it perfectly combined the design from West to the design of sculpture in Thailand. Materials that we selected are plastic bags, carton, foam, string of hay, and garbage bags. The reason that we use all these materials is because we trying to stop global warming, and decrease the amount of the plastic and other type of waste. Our recycling kits are inspired by colonial architecture, which is a combination of Eastern and Western art, often found in the form of architectural details of the dresses taken from various parts of the colonial style house. Such as the styles of

the roof, gable, balcony railing and unique wooden motifs We named the set "The Colonialer" as the source of the name. Because we have taken the architecture Colonial transformed into a costume Getting to know, inherit, learn and preserve Thai culture is a legitimacy of Thai citizens. Building a residence is an important culture and can be found in every area of the world. Due to being one of the four factors of architecture, it is a sign of identity. And the creativity of the ancestors in that place, inherited in each generation through change and refinement by time The current culture is comparable to diamonds, even though refined and tested. The combination of the cultures of both worlds, including the West and the East, is a metaphor for the unification of the world without the separation of the border without remaining unity and peace.

At present, the problem of plastic pollution and degraded waste is not a problem at the international level that is controversial and widely discussed. Many animals suffer from these effects, resulting in problems facing endangered species. In this work, we have used the recycling process. Which is the use of waste that has been used by us using waste materials such as garbage bags, plastic bags, rubber foam, straw rope and paper crates. Hopefully we can be a part in reducing pollution that destroyed this beautiful world.
