Abstract This document has been produced by the AWS Website working group to gather information on staff!s opinions for a website accessible for all students at Akeley Wood Senior School. The website built would be accessible in and out of school but only for pupils of the school. This Questionnaire is one of two used to gather user opinions of both staff and pupils, any information will be taken into account when designing the website. Introduction Welcome, please fill in this document as completely and detail as you can. This questionnaire will be carried out on every head of department of the school. The information given will be held in strict confidence and used only by those directly involved in the website project. Scope & Timescale The website that would be designed will form part of a larger project for the main school website. If this portion of the site is a success then a main redesign may begin to take place in the new year (2009), with an aim of completing this portion at the end of November, beginning of December. This questionnaire consists of 4 sections. In most cases the answer will be placed on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 would be the lowest option and 10 the highest. For example: 1
