Course work [1]. Through coursework the student must be the role of a project manager who successfully manages and organizes the project. With emphasis on several factors, such as the time factor (start and end of the project), the quality factor (which deals with the quality of materials used in the project and the quality of the workflow in a good way). One of the most important things in the success of any project is management and good management in civil engineering. The value of the project is displayed. The building being constructed by the student is a two-story residential building (Basement and Min Floor). Role of student Action plans, activities management and clear scheduling work for the project. The nominal objective of this study is how to manage and organize work on the construction of a two-story house (main floor and basement) will manage or organize the project as follows Develop a project outline after the structuring process. Clarify important programs in the project such as (WBS) Manual drawing [GANT SHART] Using the program to determine periods and focus on the critical or difficult period of the project. The project is completed in record time. If all the above points are available, the plan will succeed in reducing the duration of the project by about 30% without any problems for all parties involved in the project. After you connect the information with the resources and activate the project on the Microsoft program, taking into account the logical relationship between the duration with the courses after you also provide the results of scheduling through the manual graph. We will be implementing this course on Microsoft Project, and we will also answer the required questions and discuss all activities through Microsoft Project. The use of such programs has many benefits to the student who have an important role in clarifying the vision of the project. [ Microsoft Project] helps ease the workflow and identify problem solving in a short time 2

{Project Analysis} Course work [1]. The nominal goal of this study is: The purpose of this guide is the student's ability to work in the Project Management Unit by providing the most important objectives and deliverables and how to set up and display the actual schedule for installation of residential MBE Doreen the first round and the second round plan. This will be done through detailed mapping with WBS and Gantt charts. , WBS and Gantt charts, and then we manually formulate and discuss activity on node networks. This is done by using Microsoft Project. Then we will analyze the scheduling results, for example we discuss the project time period, critical task, time period of activities, buoys and critical path. On the other hand, such a project helps students gain experience in resource management, planning development and scheduling in general. As well as help the student in the preparation of presentations and integrated plans, which in turn will help facilitate the completion of the project.

{Materials used} Course work [1]. I will do this study by using Microsoft Project according to the application of the required data for the project. As well as using Microsoft Excel. Use paper size A3 for manual drawing of activities.

{Method} Course work [1]. Through the use of programs such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel I collect information and results and take pictures of them. Then I will discuss these results and you will also answer all the questions in the scheduled f.

{Conclusions}

Course work [1]. As far as possible in this paper, all the activities and the organization of all aspects of the project cover the time, cost, feasibility and resources for an integrated project. As management and management are good, the problems and challenges in the projects will decrease, and the worse the administration and the management, the more problems and difficulties will increase with the possibility of project halting or increase. The cost of the project is more than agreed upon. Through this research How can I organize the progress of this project and provide the owner with an integrated face? Through my administration for all aspects related to the project technical, engineering and financial aspect in a record time.

Course work [2]. The student presents in the paper a project to build a warehouse with some facilities such as reception, shipping, office and other facilities. The project is completed within a period not exceeding 10 weeks. The student will manage the project and organize it, taking into consideration some aspects (such as the time period of not more than 10 weeks) and the quality and cost aspect. It also develops a suitable plan for the project covering all activities. The student uses Microsoft Project in this project and prepares the Graph Chart which monitors the time period of the project. Through the Microsoft program, we take values and results, discuss them and analyze their own graph, and then check these values by creating a graph manually. Example of values to calculate [SV, CV, ACWPor BCWP].

{Project Analysis} Course work [2]. The objective of this work is how to manage the objective of this work is to use the knowledge and skills needed to formulate project plans, monitoring, depletion and take corrective actions at any stage of warehouse construction. To do this, we will prepare Gantt charts and the value table acquired using Microsoft Project. It is also developing an appropriate project plan covering all activities. The student uses Microsoft Project in this project and prepares the graph that monitors the project time period. Through Microsoft, we take and discuss values and results and analyze their graph, and then check these values by manually creating a graph. Example values for calculating [SV, CV, ACWP or BCWP].

{Method} Course work [2]. In this guide, we used Microsoft Soft Project to manage and organize the activities of a warehouse construction project within a period of 10 weeks. This program provides us with the data and results required for the project. We also use another program, Microsoft Excel. Through the programs we use in the project we will express the scheduling and results in several ways. The first method is to get the drawing from the program automatically and the second is to draw a chart manually (Which in turn shows the activities required to organize and manage the .project

{Materials used} Course work [2]. I will do this study by using Microsoft Project according to the application of the required data for the project. As well as using Microsoft Excel. Use paper size A3 for manual drawing of activities.

{Conclusions}

Through this guide through courses the student must be the role of the project manager who succeeds in managing and organizing the project. With emphasis on several factors, such as time factor (start and end of project), quality factor (which deals with the quality of the materials used in the project and the quality of the workflow in a good way). One of the most important things in the success of any project is management and good management in civil engineering. For the success of the project we have identified activities that include the use of skills and knowledge in the establishment of an effective plan for offers and scheduling to build a warehouse with some facilities and the number of plans required for the project, and will follow the methods described above in the implementation of WBS and Gantt charts and maps to complete the project. The student benefit from this guide how to learn the management and organization of projects that contribute to reduce the problems and reduce the period of time in the delivery of the project within the time limit of not more than 10 weeks.
