PROJECT OBJECTIVE To organise an obstacle run called ‘” Warrior Run” within 79 days at cost around RM12000. DELIVERABLES 1. A run with a course of 12 km with 8 different challenging obstacles with military theme. 2. Medals, t-shirt, certificate and beverages will be given to every participant 3. Top 5 runner with gender category will be given prize in form of cash. 4. Fully organised run with safety and medical are always ready at disposal and reasonable number of water checkpoint for participant. 5. Services like taking care of participants belongings etc. will be given. 6. Shops and food trucks will be available to participant. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT GENERAL: 1. Must require licence from Ministry of Youth and Sport. 2. Must have permission from UM Police and having at least three Policemen during the D-day to supervise safety. 3. Water check point for every 3.5 Kilometre. 4. Have warm-up session instructors. OBSTACLE: 1. 2. 3.

Obstacles must fence or mark with safety tape. Obstacles must be check and run test for safety. Have people supervise at the obstacle during D-day.

The service fee must be on the participant. The online registration must handle by authorise company. All money must keep in University Malaya account.

Running T-shirt must be made of microfiber material. Medal using stainless steel and having all theme colours. (Black and Red) Goodie bags having at least 5 items. Certificate provided must be sign by Minister of Youth and Sport.

LIMITS AND EXCLUSION 1. Any payments that have been done are NOT refundable. 2. Any participants that have serious illness (such as heart disease) are not encouraged to participate in this run event, but if still want to join, it's on the participant’s own risk. The Warrior Run team will not take any responsibility on any effect that the participant will face before, during and after the event. 3. The Warrior Run team is not responsible for any offensive or illegal actions that participants commit with others and shall be penalized.

4. The Warrior Run team is not responsible for any damage done by any participant on property owned by management and the participant shall be fined. 5. The event timeline may get disorganized due to traffic jam or other unexpected events. 6. Some of the participants or audience may not come resulting in wastage of food and cost on other resources. 7. Over budget may occur due to unexpected additional expenses.

CUSTOMER REVIEW Around 500-600 participants with: -

60% students (Age 18-25) 30% working adults (Age 26-35) 10% veteran that likes challenges (Age 36-50)
