Imagine a country with abundant power -- oil and gas, sunshine, wind (and money) -- but missing one key essential for life: water. Infrastructure engineer Fahad Al-Attiya talks about the unexpected ways that the small Middle Eastern nation of Qatar creates its water supply. 5. Inspiring, intellectual and persuasive 6. To build the Ethos, Fahad Al-Attiya uses different techniques in public speaking to attract public attention such as Pathos and logos. 7. Fahad Al-Attiya uses much more the logos in his presentation and there are several moments when he uses them, for example: - When he compares the amount of rain between Qatar and Brazil - When he shows the Qatar data before and after the oil. - When he talks about policy, legislation and regulation. 8. 1. Innovation, because they make a solution to the great problem that Qatar has with water.

2. Perseverance, because they are a first world country that developed to what is currently in the worst possible conditions. 10. How we can make to share or reproduce this innovation technology on country’s which they have not that technology and resource to create something like that, but have the same problems or is only a technology what just be used on Qatar? 11. I think that Fahad Al-Attiya's presentation was excellent, in addition to many positive aspects to highlight, something that could be said in order to improve would be the slides and some of the data that he exposes.

12. Many people have benefited, as well as being used as a model to replicate anywhere in the world where is necessary, as well as being an inspiration for new innovative ideas.
