Granting conditions Stichting Oud in Afrika 1.

The applicant for a grant has to confirm the grant within six weeks after date of the granting letter. In default of this confirmation, which must be in writing, the grant will be withdrawn automatically.

The grant will also be withdrawn in case the applicant does not invoke a certain amount of the grant within one year after date of the granting letter.

The grant will be withdrawn just as well, completely or partially, if not within three years after date of the granting letter the total amount of the grant is invoked.

The grant will be withdrawn too, completely or partially, in case of noncompliance with the requirements of these granting conditions.

In general, the Stichting Oud in Afrika will pay a maximum of 90% of the grant after the first payment request. The remaining 10% will be paid after having received both the respective request as well as the final (financial) report(s) regarding the project.

The applicant has to provide the Stichting Oud in Afrika with a payment schedule in case the project for which a grant is given runs for more than one year. After approval the Stichting Oud in Afrika will pay the grant in instalments on the basis of interim reports.

In all the correspondence, including the requests for payment, the applicant has to mention the project number assigned by the Stichting Oud in Afrika. All correspondence should be sent to:

The grant will be withdrawn also, completely or partially, when the project for which support was confirmed fails totally or partially or if the content of the project alters when realising the project. The grant will be withdrawn as well, completely or partially, if in the opinion of the Board of the Stichting Oud in Afrika the (financial) reports about the project do not meet generally accepted social standards.

The grant will be withdrawn partially if it appears that the financial support is not needed in full to complete the project.

All payments by the Stichting Oud in Afrika will be made only upon a motivated written request of the applicant. On this request for payment the applicant has to mention the project number assigned by the Stichting Oud in Afrika as well as the bank details (such as the bank's name and account number) of the applicant or the project.

The applicant has to take into consideration a six weeks term for payment.
