Director of Business Applications – Clark, NJ This position is responsible for providing organizational development and Information Systems leadership. The primary purpose of this position is to provide IS expertise to the Manufacturing Execution and Ensure Quality Team during the deployment of the ISIS Solution in North America. This position also provides direction and guidance to the Manufacturing Execution and Ensure Quality Level 1 Support team. Director – IT Infastructure – Clark, NJ This position is responsible for providing organizational and technical leadership in the planning, deployment and operation of IT infrastructure for the manufacturing organization. Responsibilities include: Development and leadership of the department of IT Infrastructure staff. Maintain effective partnerships with IT colleagues (L'Oreal Group IT and L'Oreal USA Corporate IT) in support of client technologies, network operations, servers and applications projects and services. This may include the supervision of external resources as project needs and resource levels require. Team building, career development, coaching and mentoring, and leadership in building strong end user relations. The creation and implementation of infrastructure plans and their deployment for the operation of network, servers, and PC level, including hardware and software support, telecommunications services and support, security, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, capacity planning and performance measurement. Packaging Manager – Clark, NJ This position is responsible for developing quality and cost effective packages for the Luxury Products Division (Ralph Lauren) while respecting the L'Oreal Conception Process. Responsibilities include component design and development and package testing and analysis. Some responsibilities include identifying viable primary packaging options (and alternatives) for test. Provide expert advice re technical feasibility and risks. Plan and submit prototype packaging for quality and compatibility testing. Interfacing with plant TPD re secondary packaging, UP capability and Finished Goods Specifications. Successful candidates must have a BS degree in Engineering (Packaging, Mechanical) or related discipline. 2+ years experience in package development, preferably in the cosmetics, consumer goods or a related field is an advantage.
