Reports to the Sr. Regional LP Manager – East Coast

RMLP OVERSEE’S ALL LOSS PREVENTION/SECURITY PROGRAMS FOR ASSIGNED GROUP OF STORES *(Both BCBG Max Azria and MAXRAVE/Parallel Brands). DAY-TO-DAY EFFORTS INCLUDE BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, PHYSICAL SECURITY STANDARDS, TRAINING PROGRAMS AND/OR PROCEDURES TO DETECT, CORRECT OR ELIMINATE THE CAUSES TO SHRINKAGE AND COMPANY LOSSES. QUALIFICATIONS: • 5+ years Multi-Unit Loss Prevention Management experience • Ability to work autonomously in remote locations • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention / Operations • Strong interviewing & investigation skill set • Wicklander / Zulawski interview certification required • Sound management & supervisory skills • Ability to communicate with all various levels. • Successful track record in driving Shrink Reduction programs • College Degree preferred. • 40-50%+ travel in assigned territory.

DISTRICT LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER – Texas/South • Based in either Houston, Dallas, or Austin/San Antonio, TX •

Reports to the RMLP in Atlanta GA

THE DISTRICT L.P. MANANGER WILL OVERSEE ALL L.P. PROGRAMS FOR APPROXIMATELY 50+ STORES THROUGHOUT DISTRCIT of REPONSIBILITY. Stores will be BCBG Max Azria, and, Max Rave division. RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE CREATING, SUPERVISING, AND LEADING ALL SHRINK REDUCTION EFFORTS WIHTIN ASSIGNED DISTRICTS. QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must have a proven track record in a fashion-forward, customer-oriented, retail environment, coupled with Multi-Store experience. Candidate will oversee operations 8 to 12 stores in area of responsibility. As an Ambassador of the BCBG brand, you will train, develop & oversee store management & staff. Candidates must posses a pro active, self-motivated, and eager personality with proven skills in leadership, dedication, & delivering company initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have a minimum of 4 years of District Management experience within a retail environment (preferably in fashion retail, like-brand). • Proven success in driving sales through merchandising & clientele programs.

Exceptional written, verbal communication, & platform skills - the ability to deliver precise and knowledgeable information in a public speakers’ forum. (Platform Speaking). Must be able to travel freely and frequently throughout the US to test/pilot, and implement training procedures and programs. Full understanding of the store support & training environment. Must be able to travel 30-40% in the first 3 months to asses company needs/processes.

RETAIL VISUAL MERCHANDISING: DIRECTOR of VISUAL MERCHANDISING for MAXRAVE Division • Based at Corporate, Los Angeles CA (Spring Street offices) • Reports to the SVP of Marketing and President of the MaxRave Division Candidates must have a minimum of 5-8 years of Sr. Manager or Director of Visual Merchandising experience in a Fashion-Forward Retail Company, preferably with a like-brand. Candidates will oversee global visual merchandising direction for over 400+ retail & outlet locations across the US. QUALIFICATIONS: • 3-6 years of Director level experience.

Experience in managing a Corporate & OR Field Visual Merchant teams. Budget Management. Experience in working with CEO, President and SVP, VP level executives. Proven experience in cross-functional training of visual merchandising. Advanced communication skills; able to communicate with all levels of management Advanced Planning, Time Management, & Organizational skills Computer skills: PC platform, MS office package, and use of digital camera, desktop publishing. Knowledge of the Mac OS platform for desktop publishing (In-Design).

VISUAL MANAGER / New York 5th Ave at 40th Street (Flagship) • Based at our new Flagship Store in NYC – 5th Ave at 40th. •

Reports to the Sr. Field Visual Manager, and the DVM for Manhattan

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of Visual Manager experience, or DOR within a Flagship store environment.

FINANCE: SR. FINANCIAL ANALYST •

Based at Corporate Offices/Los Angeles CA

The Candidate will lead a team of financial analysts to assist the planning, consolidation, and financial objectives of BCBG Max Azria Group. MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE: • • • • •

Spearhead the annual BCBG budgeting, forecasting, and reporting process Make enhancements to the existing budget process with the guidance of executive and senior level management Manage all aspects of the annual budgeting process, including but not limited to planning of: headcount, departmental operating expenses, and capital expenditures Manage the development of BCBG’s financial, operational, and other models for the purpose of providing pertinent and timely financial / business information and analysis Train and guide financial analyst team to work with budgeting managers during the budgeting and reporting process.

Manage the development and automation of management reports Manage the ongoing maintenance, as well as continuous improvement of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting Ad-hoc reporting, special projects, and other department support as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ARE:

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related. Assist design director and designers with store design, planning, and presentations. ARCHITECTURE: PROJECT MANAGERS (3 positions available) Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
