INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR OF RETAIL SYSTEMS It is the primary responsibility of the Senior Manager for Store Systems to oversee all systems related to the BCBG Max Azria retail, factory and partner shops. This includes Point of Sale, Customer Relationship Manager, Time and Attendance, Gift Cards, Credit Cards, Wide Area Network, Telecommunications, new store openings, remodels and new concepts. The manager also generates and maintains the project plans, schedule and budgets for all store applications. This position relies on industry experience and practices to make sound recommendations regarding business processes and appropriate technology to support them. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INLCUDE: • • • • • • • • • • •

Insure high system availability for stores including WAN, polling and credit processing Develop, plan and implement retail systems and IT/telecommunications projects for retail stores Set deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress for the retail systems Act as escalation point for all high priority or high visibility issues or projects Interact with vendor to resolve critical issues and plan upgrades and installations Lead and direct a group of Retail Analysts Oversees BCBG Help Desk Monitor coverage of Retail Analysts within budget and volume requirements for optimal store support Act as a gatekeeper to insure the level of technology is appropriate for the stores and innovations are evaluated as part of the long-term strategic goal. Test new procedures, software, features and configurations on the lab system before implementing in all stores Perform after hours phone support including carrying or cell phone, as needed Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future retail system requirements to meet organizational needs

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • •

Designing, creating, updating, and enhancing systems and workflow documentation.
