Opportunities LEAD TENANT COORDINATOR Steiner + Associates is seeking a Lead Tenant Coordinator for its high profile new town center projects. Responsibilities include the management of a team of tenant coordinators at each property; the management and monitoring of high profile tenants; problem solving; and overseeing the successful completion of each project. Applicants should have a degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering, along with a minimum of five years experience in commercial construction. Retail experience is also preferred. Candidates meeting the above qualifications should be self-motivated; have the ability to multi-task; enjoy a sense of humor; have effective interpersonal skills, both verbal and written; possess a strong work ethic and time management skills; and have the ability to work independently. DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE Glorypark

Steiner is currently seeking dynamic individuals to assist with the development and construction of Glorypark, a $350M+, 1.2M sf mixed-use development in Arlington, Texas to be built around the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington with the new $1B Dallas Cowboys stadium next door. Steiner is developing Glorypark in partnership with Hicks Holdings, owner of the Texas Rangers.

This position, to be based in Arlington, will include managing the overall project design and coordinating with the project Construction Executive (CE) for preconstruction, permitting, construction, turnover, and timely closeout of the project. Position involves the management of the project through in-house personnel, general contractors, design professionals and consultants. Primary responsibility is to complete the project on time, within budget, and at a level of quality consistent with or exceeding established Steiner standards. The DE will be part of a project-specific team format lead by the Vice President of Development for Glorypark with support from Steiner leasing and finance personnel, as well as Hicks Holdings on-site personnel. Job Synopsis The DE will provide support and technical assistance to Glorypark during the preconstruction phase of development, actively participating in the preparation of initial project design, cost estimates, budget and schedule. During the construction phase of development, the role includes monitoring construction activities and taking corrective action as warranted to insure budget, schedule and quality targets are achieved. The DE is the primary problem solver on coordination issues and is responsible for assisting in the requirements of other departments for information and coordination of installation of capital improvements, furniture and equipment. FACILITIES MANAGER FT Facilities Manager needed for mixed use development south of Dayton, OH. Will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of the development. Responsible for all operating functions and third party contract specifications. Will assure optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, fire/life safety, elevator, etc. Must be able to develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate all operational aspects of property. Occasionally perform plumbing, electric, HVAC, interior/exterior maintenance, but primarily have solid working knowledge to manage these functions. Excellent communication and basic computer skills. Position Summary:

The Project Controller is the primary focus of all financial data concerning the projects. They are responsible for the monitoring of the contract authorization process, developing and maintaining project budgets, commitments and estimated final costs based upon comprehensive analysis of all segments of the project. They serve as a financial resource to the project teams and act as a liaison with Development Accounting. 1. Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is preferred. 2. Minimum of 2 years real estate development, construction or related experience is required. 3. Detail oriented self starter with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with minimum supervision. 4. Strong work ethic with pride of performance. 5. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a balance of assertive and cooperative characteristics. 6. Excellent computer skills in database and PC environment.
