New York City Police Department Medal Programs for the last two years.

Listing of radio frequencies utilized by the Transit Bureau of the New York City Police Department.

Roll Calls for 9/11/01 for the Communications Division. Roll calls for the Operations Division have previously been forwarded to the Commission.

Information re: request forms submitted to the Tape Reproduction Unit: 32494-D.I. McCarthy-13th Precinct made 3 requests for reproduction. 2 were for the 3rd Division. 32494 is a duplicate also carried under # 32658no additional receipt required. Request/receipt attached. 32495-request for all WTC incident tapes was made by Deputy Commissioner Technology & Systems Development Ari Wax (O.T.S.D.).
Because O.T.S.D. is the parent command of the Communications Division- no formal request was necessary. 32656-request made for Special Operations Division tapes by Chief Purtell. Receipt attached-no formal request submitted. 32935-D.I. McCarthy -13th Precinct- requested Citywide 1 tapes. Request attached. 32937-Captain Dowd, Communications Section, requested copies of tapes from calltaker positions, Zone 1 radio, and all Citywide zones. Request attached. 33122-request made by Mr. William Carter-Communications Section- to be used as a quality control measure. No formal request is required.
