Tarrant Gounty Sheriff's office has N s' suspended the investlgation against former Pollce offlcer Bryan Ghancellor, due to lack of participatlon by the complainante. Two Pelican Bay resldents had filed complaints against Ghancellor for ftofflcial F. fl. r
