CMTO A. The president, Keo Cruz, called the meeting to order at 3:30 P.M. Old business A. Halloween candy grams were distributed B. Thanksgiving Canned Food & Clothing Drive 1. Dr. Santos will ask permission from SBPA Office to place boxes for food and clothing collection. 2. Members need to decide which organization will receive collected goods. C. SIM Women in Business Conference 1. Names of guest speakers were announced. 2. Dr. Santos advised members to structure the conference and compile a list of topics for each speaker. D. “Lucky Duck Derby” 1. Event will be held at Onward Resort on November 22 (Saturday), from 9 A.M. to 2 P.M. 2. Volunteers so far include Tammy, Tita, and Nacrina. E. Halloween pumpkin carving 1. Members decided to have a Chamorita pumpkin. Announcements 1. Please continue to recruit new members. Adjournment 1. The meeting adjourned at 3:50 P.M.
