INTRODUCTION 1.1 Background Mini Research At this time we can understand that there have been many build in every area, but we know that there are still a lot of home construction both state planning that is still less than the maximum or less good. At this time there is still much we can see that many of the houses around us were perencanaanya less good even it might be caused by the analysis and planning or design concept of the house is not good may be errors in structure or even used do not conform to the shape of the house built .. Therefore, the mini research aims to analyze the situation or the concept of a room or building where a mini research that aims to understand the size of the size and the materials used in building materials or signs which aims to we can read the material and size ukuiran that exist at home and understand the forms that exist on a building in order to create a good building and berkualiatas, to meet the standards that have been determined. 1. Objective Theof objective this research is mini, among others: 1. To complete the task of English mini research Techniques 2. To improve the knowledge of English Techniques 3. To strengthen mastery of the material on English Engineering 1.2 PROBLEM FORMULATION The formulation of this research mini workmanship is 1. The type of houses being analyzed 2. the materials used, as well as the advantages and disadvantages. 3. The size of the existing measures on home-making.

CHAPTER II CONCEPTS AND HYPOTHESES A.

CONCEPT At this time can be analyzed that already many homes or buildings already standing

buildings with a variety of types and characters existing character both in terms of form or shape of the roof space ukurabsertah measure the amount of room available. At this time we will analyze home kind of minimalist and before we discuss more then it helps us know what it is minimalist. During this time we just wanted our house minimalist style. In fact, the notion of a minimalist house was not merely in terms of its architecturalstyle. For the application of minimalist home should follow the appropriate lifestyle anyway. The minimalist style that refers to the lifestyle. Meaning minimalist building itself is actually inspired by the lifestyle of Zen, comes from Japan. Zen, assume the less furniture or objects that we use or have, the more calm one's life. That is why thestyleminimalistdesignor play little applying color. In the arrangement of its interior design as well as little as possible to put the furniture. as well as an assortment of opinions by others, Agag is different but all have in common in deciphering the minimalist house, which is simple and straightforward but appealing impressed. then from a wide range of understanding, can be called also characteristics of the minimalist home. For Part Exterior, home mininmalis has characteristics as follows: - Having geometric shapes and lines that firm. Usually dominated by looping vertical / horizontal. - Aperture is wide, wide windows give a view to the outdoors more freely. - Structuring landscape is also minimalist, large plants use only as a vocal point only. - The roof is flat or nearly flat. As for the interior, minimalist house has the following characteristics: - Ruang2 more open / minimize partitioning walls. - Ornamen2 interior such as the use of cornices, carved ornamen2 not implemented.

Furniture is simple, decisive, plain (not carved) .To avoid the impression of monotony, usually using permaianan light (artificial / natural) to get a dramatic effect, play of colors (2-3 colors) is also applied. However, Supposedly this minimalist concept reflects the philosophy of the occupants of the building that is simple, practical and simple. but in reality, often minimalist it has deviated from the original concept, sehigga concept minimalist house was missing.

Hypotheses existence of furniture or furnishings is an important element in a home. You can imagine if the home is minimal or no furniture, it looks like an empty house or field. But conversely, if you have a lot of furniture, the house will look like a barn. Therefore, the arrangement of furniture in the house is an important part of the function of the existing space. Furniture arrangement of the right and appropriate to the function space will provide aesthetic tilapia home and psychological effect on residents. Apart from the spatial layout and architecture of the house, there are the same problems that always come up during the process of the arrangement of furniture in the house. As for some of permasalahn minimalist home is as betrikut: 1. Room Size room size is very small, problems may arise if you have large furniture or in large numbers. Often times, finally had to cope with selecting and placing minimal furniture that has been held. Thus there is room left for other activities in the room. If you have a room with a very large size, it also poses a problem. With owned furniture looked as if the room was empty so hard thinking about how to add other furniture that will be placed in the room, without having to leave the function and aesthetics. 2.

Position Furniture. Position furniture should support the function of the room and in accordance with the

focal point of the room in order to balance created with good layout. But sometimes problems

arise is not in accordance with the scale of the furniture area of the room making it difficult to put furniture. Often the existing space tend to be elongated or wide turns and less fit to the size of the existing furniture. It could also be because there is unification of the room like dining room with kitchen space, it requires a different arrangement of furniture. 3.

Decorating the room. Often the problems that arise when adjusting the furniture to home decor. The house

with a minimalist style would look odd if using classical-style furniture with ornaments crowded. Likewise, the wall color is dark heavy furniture combined will give the impression of space to be cramped and full. The decor is in accordance with the furniture will reinforce concepts that exist in the room. Psychologically, the decoration can also be a strong influence on the impression caused by the room occupants. To minimize the problems that arise in the arrangement of furniture in a house, or spatial layout planning early when doing renovations or making a new home, is one solution. It is not only related to one space to another space, but also with regard to the layout of the furniture that will be used later on in the room.

CHAPTER III TECHNICAL DATA COLLECTION After understand and analyze on an image or project a building which I did, and understand the design and compared with the situation in the field I have done then I can conclude that in the manufacture or design of a building that showcased in a worksheet or a sketch or banguanan called real on the field data collection techniques in technical drawing or sketch is:

A.

Understanding type or type Houses for a analyzed When understand the type or types of houses are analyzed then I can collect data by means of this minimalist rumahtipemengalisa through field data collection as well as adjust the image kedaanatauy project plan with the project field or apparent in the existing field.

B. Understanding Materials Used For Making Home Here it can be said that the pemahan on the materials used in this house I can also analyze how the material or any material that is used and then I adjust the design of materials with materials that terpoasang and the results are quite good and the difference is only 2 or 3% on the drawings and calculation supervisor with the actual cost.

C. Understanding Size Size Used Which duimaksud on understanding the size of the minaret is memahahami measure the size on the parts or materials at a home where mul; ai of basic katakanlalanta and up to the roof or the last stage.

But the mini-research task is also collected from several sources thanks to which the source of the source is: 1. Lecturer in English Language Technicalpengampu 2. Marketinghome sales. 3. Books about home design 4. and is not Luipa of discussion among fellow students.

CHAPTER V CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

A.

CONCLUSIONS Conclusions obtained from paper mini this research is that in this paper we analyzesuatui house kind of home iniadalah mini Malis with ukueran 8 x 10 house looks luxurious and immaculate as seen from the materials and shapes designed is consistent with what is in the field we can see and think that the picture looks and the image appears in the can said to be balanced ranging from the size of the existing criteria and keminimalisan. B. ADVICE As for the advice that can be given to this analysis is to analyze we should be cautious on making data or data collection that is because if an error occurs less good data analysis will be able to make the analysis less perhiotungan good anyway. in the process of analysis there may be some things I would suggest that is: 1. Be careful when analyzing the data. 2. More detail in analyzing the size of the existing measures. 3. Better understand the shape and state of the building dinalisa. 4. If it is able to understand the analysis on a building we would have been able to design a good building quality.
