F. Windows Description:

The window assemblies throughout the complex were updated with thermally efficient window assemblies with double pane glazing. District officials noted the existing installations were installed in the distant past and now exceed 15+ years of age. A portion of the assemblies display signs of deterioration and glazing seals are compromised in multiple areas. The insert panels reduced daylight quantities over original installations. The assemblies are operable and cannot be equipped with integral blinds. A portion of the structure is equipped with dated glass block assemblies. District officials noted the window openings at the 1929 building were prone to leaking. The window assemblies at the 1994 addition are original to date of construction and appeared to be in satisfactory condition.
