Iit Kanpur Gd

We, the group members, were made to fall in a queue and allowed to enter in the room. I was already upset because of bad interview. We were instructed to sit at given numbers. I was sitting at no. 2. After that all the instructions were clearly versed. There had to be random monologue for 2 min and then GD for 6 minutes. The topic was a caselet. BHEL Company’s VP had grilled the production manager for non performance. Company was loosing 6-8 hours every month. Mr. Singh, the manager, was ignoring it. The employees were well equipped and competent but they were bored of the work. We needed to discuss the action that Mr. Singh should take.No.5 gave the monologue first. I was the second one to give the monologue. I came up with some new ideas, but I feel my presentation not being up to the mark. Many points came in the monologues session. After monologue was over the GD started. I didn’t speak till 3 minutes. I jumped into GD after around 3 min. I dint speak much. After 6 minutes were over one person drew the conclusion and we all left. NOT A GOOD GD 
