TARGET  Information system application of Student area with dial phone use Dialogic Card D/4 PCI-U.  Watering down parent and student PENS-ITS in accessing all information of achievement growth

Problem Definition  Problem definition in this final project:  This information service only limited to information of Student area PENS D3 & D4 Reguler which still be active in lecturing  Information stem from ASDIR III And Department Student and also be differentiated academic ( SP And NSP) and Non academic (Scholarship And Job Arrangement)  Program use Visual C++  Database use Microsoft Access
