r talked with Russ Tuesday afternoon to receive an update on his status with Con Ed.

Russ stated that Can Ed was very amendable and intent in wanting to have the Company return to the work site. The parties are in the process of setting up a meeting to further discuss the open issues including the conditions under which the Company will return to Con Ed for this project. The crews that were working at Con Ed sites are now on a new job for Russ at the Power Authority. Russ is going to advise me when the parties will meet.
