Gastek Initial Letter

Dear Tony, Thank you for call yesterday, 5th December to inform me of Gastek's decision to proceed toward a formal Supply Agreement. As I discussed on the phone, Dieselgas Technologies will require a letter from Gastek Solutions authorizing someone to act (or bind) on their behalf (I am assuming you but need to confirm). As soon as we receive this authority I will draft a proposal in clear terms to address the terms and conditions required to enable us to finalise our agreement. Of course I will liaise with Gastek’s representative to ensure everybody is satisfied with the document. Once a Supply Agreement is in place, Dieselgas Technologies Pty Ltd will have the confidence to implement our aggressive marketing and investment strategies that will promote your product in both local and international markets. Both Gastek Solutions Pty Ltd and Dieselgas Technologies Pty Ltd need to act as swiftly as possible to formalise the relationship to capitalise on current opportunities. I look forward to your reply.
