I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the student will be able to; Determine the basic skills of Locomotor and Non-locomotor, Make simple routines of basic skills of movements with energy and fun, Appreciate the importance movements in achieving fitness.
II. Subject Matter Topic: Locomotor and Non-locomotor Movements Materials: Laptop, speaker References: www.steps-pd.co.uk/fms.htm
III. Procedure A. Activating Prior Knowledge: The teacher will The teacher will show some videos about the different kinds of movements. B. Acquiring New Knowledge: The teacher will introduce the lesson by asking some students their ideas about of Fundamentals of Movement. After that the teacher will discuss the lesson. The Discussion consist of a power point presentation about Fundamentals of Movement. C. Application: The teacher will introduce the Locomotor and Non-locomotor movements, everybody in the class should participate. All students will form a circleand each one of them will go to the center and do the movements.
D. Assessment: The class will be divided into 2 groups. Each group will make their own simple dance step with music using the Fundamentals of Movements. Each group will be given 5 minutes to practice.

IIIV. Evaluation For the evaluation, the student will be given a 10 item quiz that will test the student’s understanding and knowledge about the topic.
IIV. Assignment For the assignment, the students will video themselves using Locomotor and Non-Locomotor Movements.
