Ayam 1 ekor (bisa menjadi 9 s/d 12 bagian) Jahe (1 suing ) Bawang putih (1 siung ) Garam (2 sdm ) Sasa (1 sdm ) Lada (1/2 sdm ) Baking poda / pengembang ( ½ sdm ) Tepung Cakra (1kg)

Potong ayam 1 ekor menjadi 9 sampai 12 potongan ,setelah itu cuci ayam sampai bersih Beler bumbu jahe , bawang putih,garam,sasa,lada Rendam ayam yang sudah dicuci tadi minimal 1jam

Siapkan tepung 1kg,3sendok garam,2sendok sasa,1sendok lada , ½ sendok banking soda (pengembang) aduk semua bahan baku tersebut menjadi satu. ayam yans sudah di bumbuin dimasukan dalam tepung trus di aduk-aduk masukan ayam tadi ke air es lalu masukan tepung dan aduk-aduk/ guling2 minyak goring paaskan sapai pans +harus panas
