Four Rakaat Sunnah Before Jumma'

Ibn Masud (RA) used to offer four ra'kaat before Juma' prayers and four after that. {Musannaf Abdul Razzaq vol.3 pg. 247 Hadith # 5524} Allama Zailai’ called it 'Mauquf.' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Masood) ordered us to offer four ra'kaah before Juma' and four after that until Ali (RA) came to us and he ordered us to offer two ra'kaat after Juma' followed by four." {Mu'jam al-Tabarani al-Kabir vol.8 pg.251 Hadith # 9436} & {Musannaf Abdul Razzaq vol.3 pg. 247 Hadith # 5525} Though 'Mauquf' but the chain of narrators in the above Hadith is authentic.
