They looked around then turned back to glare at the prisoners. “Yu knew William Turner?” Will asked to Pintel. “Ol’ Bootstrap Bill . We knew him. Never sat well with Bootstrap what we did to Jack Sparrow , the mutiny and all. He said it wasn’t right with the Code. That’s why he sent off a piece of the treasure to you as it were. He said we deserved to be cursed….. and remained cursed:” Pintel said “Stupid blighter” Ragetti said. “Good man” Gibbs said. “Well, as you can imagine that didn’t sit to well with the captain.” Pintel said “That didn’t sit to well with the Captain, tell ‘em what Barbossa did.” Pintel glared and Ragetti “’Ey I am tellin the story! So… what the captain did, he strapped a cannon to bootstraps, bootstraps.”

Serenity, Minako, Setsuna and Ami had their own boat only they were tied to another boat which made Serenity want to attack the commodore but she stopped herself. She and the girls listened to what Jack and Norrington were saying. “I don’t care for the situation. Any attempt to storm in there could turn into an ambush” Norrington said watching the entrance. “Not if you’re the one doing the ambushing. I go in, I convince Barbossa to send his men out with their little boats. You and your mates return to the Dauntless and blast the bejesus outta them with your little cannons, eh?” he said putting an arm around Norrington’s shoulders. “What do you have to lose?” Norrington peeled the arm off his shoulder. “Nothing I’d lament being rid of.” He said disgusted, “Now, to be quite honest with you, there’s still a slight risk for those aboard the dauntless which includes the future Miss Commodore.” Jack said they both heard a snort and saw Serenity trying to hide her laughter. “Really is that how a lady acts?” Norrington said smirking. Serenity turned her head sharply to him. “Is it very lady like to say how a lady is suppose to act……. Ms. Norrington?” serenity said glaring yet smirking at Norrington. Jack smirked at Norrington’s red face. Though he was curious about this little war between them but business called.

It’s just a prick of the finger. A few drops of blood.” Pintel said to Will. Twigg spoke up. “No mistakes this time. He’s only half turner. We spill it all!” “Guess there is reason to fret” Pintel said shrugging.

Jack was running through the crowd. “Beg your pardon” Barbossa was about to slit Will’s throat “Begun by blood.” He started. “Excuse me” Jack said coming up to Barbossa in front of the pirates. “…… By blood un…..” “Jack!” Will shouted. “S’not possible” Barbossa said (S’not, get it? Snot? He said snot AHAHA ~cough~ right-e-o then on with the fic) “Not probable.” Jack said smirking lightly. “Where’s Elizabeth?” Will said anxiously. “She’s safe, just like I promised. She's all set to marry Norrington, just like she promised. And you get to die for her, just like you promised. So we're all men of our word really except for Elizabeth who, in fact, is a woman” Jack said “Shut up, your next!” Barbossa said annoyed as he was about to slit will’s throat. “You don’t want to be doing that, mate” Jack said tipping back and forth on his feet. Barbossa looked up and him like he was stupid then said sarcastically “No, I really think I do.” “Your funeral” Jack said dully. “‘Why’ don’t I want to be doing it?” Barbossa said annoyed. Jack pushed a pirates hand of his shoulder. “Well because……… because the HMS dauntless, pride of the royal navy, is floating just of shore. Waiting for you.” Jack said evenly

~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Murtogg spoke “What are we doing here?” Mullroy sighed and Serenity sweatdropped hearing their conversation. “The pirates come out, unprepared and unawares, we catch ‘em in the cross fire, send them down to see old hob” Mullroy said. “ I know why we’re here. I mean why aren’t we doing what it was – what Mr. Sparrow said we should do. With the cannons and all.” Murtogg said. “Because it was Mr. Sparrow who said it” Norrington said evenly

“You think he wasn’t telling the truth?” Murtogg asked. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ “Just hear me out, mate. You order your men to row out to the Dauntless. They do what they do best. Robert ’s your Uncle, Fannie ’s your Aunt, there you are with two ships. The makings of your very own fleet. ‘Course you’ll take the grandest as your flagship, and who’s to argue? But what of the Pearl ? Name me Captain, I’ll sail under your colors, I’ll give you ten percent of me plunder and you get to introduce your self as……… commodore Barbossa, savvy?” Jack said in fake cheer.

“I’s suppose in exchange, you want me not to kill the whelp” Barbossa said. “No, no, not at all by all means, kill the whelp. Just not yet. Wait to lift the curse until the opportune moment. For instance…” he said picking up a few medallions “after you’ve killed Norrington’s men…… “ he said throwing them in as he counted. “every… last… one.” He said secretly pocketing one, Will saw though. “You’ve been planning this from the beginning. Ever since you learned my name” Will said fake disbelief Jack looks at them and speaks “Yeah” “I want fifty percent of your plunder.” Barbossa said “Fifteen” Jack said trying to bargain. “Forty” “Twenty-five and I’ll by you the hat. A really big hat…… Commodore” Jack said smiling with fake sincere. “We have an accord” Barbossa said shaking his hand. “All hands to the boats!” He sees Barbossa him askance “Apologies. You give the orders”

“Gent… take a walk” Barbossa said. The pirates started to walk out. “Not to the boats?” jack asked curiously almost nervously. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The cursed pirates walked under the water, their true form showing under the moonlight.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A boat could be seen in it were woman they were rowing slowly out of the cave, Norrington spoke “Hold fire” Ragetti and Pintel were dressed in dresses and holding a parasols, “This is just like what the Greeks done at Troy . ‘Cept they was in a horse…instead of dresses. Wooden horse.” Ragetti said. Pintel sighed annoyed. Serenity began to feel her skin crawl. She looked down in the water and saw skeletons only they were alive and walking. Serenity was about to tell the commodore when Setsuna, Minako and Ami shushed her. Serenity nodded and let things flow the way they had to. A tear trickled down her face as she thought of all who would die. The tear hit the water and Serenity pulled her head back just in time as a pirate looked up. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rei was getting bad vibes but didn’t dare open her mouth she had to let things play out she just hoped the others were alright. She had let liza go a while ago and she was listening to her father speak to a room with out liza in it. He came in the room and closed the door. “Where did Elizabeth go.” The governor spoke. Rei hushed him. “There here” she spoke softly the governor opened the door and saw the decaying skeletons he swiftly closed the door just as a pirate turned it’s head. “Come away from the door” Rei said quietly. She walked to the door and put a barricade up on it. “Now we wait” Rei whispered. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A sailor spots the woman “Lieutenant?” Ragetti waves her arm still under the parasol “Yoo-hoo” he said in a girlie voice “Ooh!” He said after. “Stop that! Already feel like a fool” Pintel said annoyed.

“I look nice” Ragetti said Pintel dropped his parasol and stated to chock the skeleton Ragetti. “What the hell” Minako whispered. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Haruka came up to a pirate and slashed its head off. Makoto was more using her strength then her sword. Michiru was slaying them just as her love, Haruka. Mamoru was in the room with Rei and The governor his and Rei’s daughter were in Rei’s arms. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In the cave Jack is inspecting the treasure. “I must admit Jack, I thought I had ye figured out. But it turns out you’re a hard man to predict.” “Me? I'm dishonest. And a dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly. It's the honest ones you want to watch out for, because you can never predict when they're going to do something incredibly….. stupid” Jack said unsheathing a sword and starts fighting with Barbossa.

Barbossa spoke as he blocked Jacks blow “You’re off the edge of the map, mate. Here there be monsters.” ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Elizabeth boards the black pearl. She tricked two pirates and hurts the monkey then went down to the brig. “Shh!” Gibbs said hearing a noise “It’s Elizabeth” ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Norrington heard the bells. “To the ship!” Serenity looked doubtful in going

“Come on Serenity, this is not your fight” Setsuna said rowing away. “NO!” Serenity said going to jump in the water. Ami stopped her and Minako tied her down. “Sorry hime, it’s for the best.” Setsuna said rowing back to the ship. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Back in the cave. “You can’t beat me Jack” Barbossa said. Jack impales him and Barbossa sighs. Then he rips the sword out and impales Jack. Jack staggers into the moonlight and reveals he is a skeleton. “That’s interesting” Jack said, he brings forth the medallion and plays with it with his bone fingers making clanking noises. “I couldn’t resist, mate” Jack said. Barbossa attacks Jack. And Jack runs and hit’s a table “Sorry” he said to the table. “So what now, Jack Sparrow? Will it be it two immortals locked in an epic battle until judgment say and trumpets sound? Hmm?” Barbossa said. “Or you could surrender” Jack said making a slash at him again.

“Arr.” Barbossa said laughing and runs after Jack. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Liza had just set free the crew and threw the guards into the sea. “All of you with me. Will is in that cave and we must save him. Ready? And heave! Please, I need your help! Come on!” Liza said

Cottons parrot spoke “Any port in the storm.” “Cottons right, we’ve got the pearl.” Gibbs spoke. “And what about jack? You’re just going to leave him?” Liza said “Jack owes us a ship,” a sailor yelled. “And there’s the code to consider” Gibbs said.

“The code? You’re pirates. Hang the code, and hang the rules! They’re more like guidelines anyway.” “Stupid pirates” Liza said rowing into the cave. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

“HEY!” Ragetti said “What?” Pintel said. “Is it supposed to be doing that?” Pintel said pointing to the pearl that was sailing away. “They’re stealing our ship” Pintel said shocked. “Bloody pirates!” Ragetti said, he was knocked in the head and his eye comes out. “Ah my eye!” he said crawling after it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ “I’m going to teach you the meaning of pain” a pirate said to Will. Elizabeth enters the cave “Do you like pain?” she hit him with a heavy staff “Try wearing a corset” she helped Will up and sees Jack as a skeleton “Who’s side is Jack on?” “At the moment” Will said they take the staff and through it through three pirates. They stuck a grenade in the skeleton and push them out of the moonlight. “No fair” the pirate said before exploding. ~ Jack cuts his hand on the medallion and throws it to Will. Barbossa is about to shoot Elizabeth when Jack shoots him first. “Ten years you carry that pistol and now you waste your shot” Barbossa said “He didn’t waste it” Will said dropping both medallions in the chest of Aztec gold. Barbossa drops his sword and looks at the wound, which is bleeding freely. “I feel…… cold” Barbossa said falling dead. And apple rolls out of his hand the curse is lifted. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Koehler and Twigg fall dead on the ship Norrington and Serenity back to back. Koehler kills by Norrington and Twigg by Serenity. The pirates drop their swords they surrender, Pintel said meekly “Parley?” “The ship is ours gentlemen” Commodore Norrington said to his crew. The sailors and soldiers shout for joy “Huzzah! Huzzah! Huzzah!” Mamoru governor and Rei with baby Serena walk out to see the pirates as human and surrendering. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ “We should return to the dauntless” Elizabeth said. “Your fiancé will be wanting to know your safe” Will said Elizabeth turned away and walked out if the cave. Jack swaggers over to will a crown and jewels upon his head and fingers, “If you were waiting for the opportune moment…that was it. Now, if you’ll be so kind. I’d be much obliged if you would drop me off at my ship.” ~~~ Will was rowing the boat with Elizabeth and Jack in the boat. “I’m sorry Jack” Elizabeth said. “They done what’s right by them. Can’t except more then that” Jack said shrugging. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It was the day of the hanging and Serenity and Elizabeth were watching in honor of Jack the senshi and Mamoru stayed at the mansion. Except for Setsuna. Serenity was dressed in a light pink corset with along black skirt that had 3 other skirts underneath it so it didn’t poof out much. She had sleeves that fell from her shoulder to her upper arm. Not the elbow. She wore black high heels with lacings up to her knees but you couldn’t see that. There were light pink flowers on the black skirt, and the corset was barely tight at all. (I wonder why) Serenity had a light pink handkerchief in her hands she was being held by two solders so she wouldn’t stop the hanging.

Setsuna was wearing a light maroon dress that had a poofy skirt and had a dark green corset with long burgundy sleeves her hair was down but with a headband. An office was reading a parchment “JackSsparrow, may it be known that you have…….” Jack cut in “Captain, Captain Jack Sparrow” “……for your willful commission of crimes against the crown. Said crimes being numerous in quantity and sinister in nature, the most egregious of these to be cited herewith- piracy, smuggling,”

“This is wrong” Elizabeth said. Serenity snorted she was beyond angry and you could see the fire blazing in her ocean eyes, “You think, if these imbeciles didn’t have a hold on me I would do something.” Serenity said jerking the arms off her elbows but they quickly got a hold of them again. “Commodore is bound by law, as we all are.” Their father said. Serenity snorted again and she got two very heated glares her way. Serenity was not paying attention though even though she may be angry her eyes cast tears in her eyes. “…..impersonating an officer of the Spanish Royal Navy, impersonating a cleric of the church of England” Serenity smirked she watched as Jack smiled and said “Ah yes” at the executioner who glared at him. “…sailing under false colors, arson, kidnapping, looting, poaching, brigandage, pilfering, depravity, depredation, and general lawlessness. And for these crimes you have been sentenced to be, on this day, hung by the neck until dead. May god have mercy on your soul.”

Will walks through the crowd and stops in front of the governor, Elizabeth and the commodore, Serenity was glaring at him heatedly he chose to ignore it. “Governor Swann . Commodore. Elizabeth . I should have told you every day from the moment I met you. I love you.” Elizabeth looked happy and Serenity smirked she new what he was going to do. Elizabeth saw cottons parrot and faked “I can’t breathe” Commodore and the governor went to her aid she sat up quickly as the drums sounded and the rope was put around Jack’s neck. The governor and the commodore helped her up.

Will shouted “Move!”

He through the sword just as Jack fell and Jack stood on the sword. He began to fight the gallows and freed Jack. They fought all the way up to a tower the one where Liza and Serenity fell. They were then corned by Norrington’s men. Norrington made his way through to will Serenity the governor and Elizabeth behind him. “I thought we might have to endure some manner of ill-conceived escape attempt but not from you.”

“On our return to Port Royal , I granted you clemency. And this is how you thank me? By throwing in you lot with him! He’s a pirate” Serenity broke free from her hold. “He is a good man” Serenity and Will said the same time.

Jack put his hand to him self and mouthed ‘that’s me?’ “If all I have achieved here is that the hangman will earn two pairs of boots instead of one, so be it, at least my conscience will be clear” Will said “You forget your place turner” Norrington. “It’s right here between you and Jack.” Will said Serenity went forward but was stopped by a soldier and she kicked him in the shin and he fell. She and Elizabeth stood in front of Jack. “As is ours” Serenity spoke proudly.

“Elizabeth! lower you weapons! For goodness sake put them down” Governor said. Serenity put her head down. He didn’t really care about her. Liza put a hand on her shoulder. “So this is where you heart truly lies then?” Norrington said evenly. “It is” Liza said softly. Jack notices the parrot “Well! I’m actually feeling rather good about this.” Jack walks

up to the governor. “ I think we've all arrived at a very special place, eh? Spiritually… Ecumenically…Grammatically?” he walks to Norrington “I want you to know that I was rooting for you, mate. Know that. Will …nice hat. Friends! This is the day that you will always remember the day that….” He fell over the wall.

They all looked over the wall and saw him break the surface of the water.

“Idiot. He has nowhere to go but back to the noose.” Gillette spoke The black pearl rounded the cliff and Jack started swimming towards it. “What’s your plan of action, sir?” Gillette asked, Norrington didn’t speak. “Perhaps on the rare occasion pursuing the right course demands an act of piracy, piracy itself can be the right course?” the governor spoke.

“Mr. turner” Norrington said. Will spoke to Liza “I will except the consequences of my actions” “This is a beautiful sword. I would expect the man who made it to show the same care and devotion in every aspect in his life.” Norrington said sheathing his word again.

“Thank you” Will said nodding. “Commodore! What about Sparrow?” Gillette said “Well, I think we can afford to give him one day’s head start.” Norrington said smirking and left with Setsuna and the soldiers

“: So, this is the path you’ve chosen, is it? After all…he is a blacksmith” the governor said.

Serenity glared at him still angry with her father. “No” Liza said “He’s a pirate” Liza said as the governor walked away.

Will and Liza kiss and Serenity walks over to Will and slaps him in the back of his head ‘real’ hard. “What was that for!” Will said turning around. “First of all that was for the hit and leaving me back there in the cave when you helped my sister. Second of all your not very gentlemen like and I really don’t care if you’re a pirate Jack is a gentlemen” Serenity said following Liza and Will. “And second of all, I need to talk to my sister and my friends for a bit” Serenity said almost breaking down crying. Will and Liza stopped and turned around “what’s wrong?” Will asked.

“You may come with us because I am going back to the mansion so I may talk to my friends and my sister though you must stay out side the door. Or somewhere in the mansion” Serenity said tearing, and it had to be bad because Serenity never cried. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I will place out the last chapter out soon so no worries then I will start the sequel YEY!
