2. Brief description of the project: Problem, purpose and strategies (no more than 1 page) Please give a summary outline of the project by answering all questions below: a) What is the main problem the project aims to address? 5. Main activities (no more than 1 page) What are the key activities to be implemented in the project? Include a timeline for undertaking them, and who will be responsible for each. Note that project activities have to start 15th June and finish by 15th December 2009.

Mini-glossary Results: The intended or achieved effects of an intervention.
