a. Place cones in a zigzag formation. (Formation overleaf). b. Divide the class into groups of 3s. Each group stands behind a cone c. Along the length of the course, groups alternately slide and hop from one cone to the other. d. Along the width of the course, groups sprint from one cone to the other. e. Upon whistle, all students move in one direction. Overtaking is allowed only from the outside. f. Whistle to reverse direction. g. Repeat activity with numerous directional changes. Variation : a. Despatch groups at regular intervals from start point or simultaneously from different station.
