Circuit Activity 3

Activity 3 CIRCUIT NO 3 Endurance Task Indoor Open space, 9 cones, 9 hoops, 9 jump ropes and 9 circuit cards.

a. Prepare the set of Endurance Task Cards. (See Circuit Cards 3). b. Put all task cards into a plastic container on the groud. c. Mark 6 cones each 5m (5 large steps) from the container to form a circle. d. Divide the class into 6 groups and each group stands behind a cone. e. Upon whistle, first player from each group runs to the container, picks out one task card and returns to group. The group performs the task together as a team. f. The second player then returns the card to the container to pick out a different one for the group to perform. g. Continue until all groups complete the 6 different tasks.
