Chocolate Cake (Makes 1 cake) Approximation of time taken to make: 2 hours Ingredients 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

125g margarine 1 1/2 cup fine sugar 3 eggs, whisked ½ cup water 1 tea spoon vanilla essence

Sieved together 1. 2. 3. 4.

½ cup flour ½ cup cocoa powder ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda ½ teaspoon self raising power

Decoration (optional) 1. 200g cooking chocolate 2. 100g diluted milk

How to make 1. Beat margarine with sugar until fluff. Insert eggs one by one and continue beating the mixture. 2. Insert sieve ingredients little by little alternating with water. Continue beating mixture. 3. Insert vanilla essence. 4. Bake at 180° C for 1 hour in baking tin layered with non grease paper and some margarine.

Decoration 1. Cook the chocolate with milk and stir slowly. 2. When the cake is done, cool down the cake before spreading chocolate onto the cake.

250g margarine 250g fine sugar 6 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 teaspoon self raising powder 275g flour ½ cup dilute milk 100g Nestle Milo

How to make (at all times, don’t stop beating the mixture) 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Beat eggs and sugar until fluff Insert in eggs one by one Insert vanilla essence, self raising power ,flour and milk Layer baking tin with buttered non grease paper. Pour cake mixture into baking tin, alternate with Milo (As you pour the mixture, layer it with Milo until the mixture finishes) 6. Bake at 180ºC for 1 hour.
