Chocolate moist cake Bahan-Bahan: 280 gm butter 200 gm gula halus 5 biji telur (gred A) 280 gm tepung gandum 40 gm serbuk koko ¼ sudu teh sodium bikarbonat 1 ¾ sudu teh serbuk penaik ¼ sudu teh nescafe (dibancuh dengan sedikit air) 100 gm coklat masak (dicairkan) ¾ cawan air sejuk

Topping : 100 gm coklat masak (dicairkan) sedikit coklat rice

Cara: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6)

pukul butter dan gula sehingga kembang masukkan telur satu persatu kemudian, masukkan tepung gandum, serbuk koko, sodium bikarbonat dan serbuk penaik sedikit demi sedikit. campurkan nescafe yang telah dibancuh dan coklat masak yang telah dicairkan ke dalam adunan. akhir sekali, masukkan air sejuk dan pukul sehingga sebati. panaskan oven pada suhu 180 darjah dan masak selama 45 minit (atau sehingga masak).

Cadangan Hidangan: 1) Apabila kek sudah masak, letakkan di atas pinggan yang rata / cake board. 2) sapukan coklat masak yang telah dicairkan. 3) tabur coklat rice di atasnya. Tambahan: Topping boleh juga dibuat dengan cara berikut : 1) panaskan 1 sudu besar susu pekat & 3 sudu besar air. 2) masukkan coklat masak. 3) kacau sehingga coklat masak cair dan pekat

Chocolate Cheese Moist Ingredients : 6 oz butter 14 oz castor sugar 3 egg Mix together 1 tea spoon NESCAFE 1 tea spoon hot water 1 tea spoon vanilla essence 1 tea spoon chocolate Emulsion Sifted together 8 oz flour 2 1/4 oz coco 1/2 tea spoon salt 1 tea spoon baking bicarbonate 1 1/2 tea spoon baking powder 7 oz cold water Method Use Mixer Full Speed 1.Mix up butter and sugar until creamy 2.Add egg one by one 3.Mix in Nescafe and all the essence After this use spatula/whisker for mixing 4. Mix in the flour bit by bit. Stir slowly in one way 5.Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for 50 - 60 minutes using loyang 9' persegi or stim using normal heat about 1 1/2 hour.
