After graduating from the Simon Fraser University in Vancouver with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2005, Sally joined a National Independent Adjusting firm in early 2006.

Sally started out as an Administrative Assistant to a Senior Adjuster and was exposed to a wide array of large and complex losses. Since becoming a Claims Adjuster in early 2008 Sally has handled a variety of residential property claims including Strata losses. As an up and coming adjuster in the Lower Mainland, Sally is becoming known for her strong technical abilities. Sally is also fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and Cantonese, which is a valuable asset in the Greater Vancouver marketplace. Sally is currently working towards her CIP designation and holds a valid Independent Adjusting License in British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba.
