Canvases So we’ve got the canvas ready to fill it up with some abstraction once said to be the language of contemporary art though if you come to think about it you may be overcame by a feeling of impenetrableness and shabby chuckles rushing on the gallery floors that on yesteryear saw the magnificent stylistic qualities known to the same school of aesthetic innovative media eras such as those chaps who thought it their duty to demonstrate that there are no rigid divisions between figuration of a work and the subject or abstraction it claims to depict with no constant pictorial illusionism as it was thoroughly in practice with a now forgotten number of artists eager to illustrate a moralising story that eventually would become a dull icon of avoidable art lacking the painterly experimentation aiming to embody the social expression of a determinate generation of thought through the very questioning of the nature of visual experience brought about by a radical turn on the conception of what a canvass stand for and leading to an outburst of challenging biomorphic compositional arrangements sometimes shameless in their manner to evoke exhilarating and sensual experiences refusing to pay heel on what the subject content actually is thus rather embracing a more spontaneous approach to the manipulation of the painted pattering and colour behaviour on the surfaces of canvases.
