Business Plan on TEACHING UNDERPRIVILEGED LEARNER

Prepared by: JITEN BOTHRA, MAYANK GAHLOT DHAWAL NAHATA Executive Summary: -Our B-PLAN is on teaching underprivileged learner. The name of my Business Plan is PAHTSHALLA. In this business plan we are focusing on to teach underprivileged learner. Underprivileged means the people who economically, socially and locationally in an unfavorable situation compared to the rest of the population of the society. So our main focuses on teaching to the poor people.

Objective: - To develop innovative educational pedagogy, resources and material. We will start educational institute and spread all over the world. We will use latest technology. We shall try to bridge the digital divide.

Mission: - Our ultimate mission is to educate those children who are living far from studies and not able to give high fees. We will give them best knowledge and best study materials. And our ultimate goal is to spread our educational institution all over the world where the education is required.

How we will work: 1) We will take a mobile unit for this purpose. 2) We will survey the village and find out their problem and start work on it. 3) We will organize a film / magic / puppet show camps and education programmed to remove illiteracy in village and rural develops areas. In all these we shall take help of MBA students (as

summer trainees), NID students, IRMA students and students from other institutions. 4) We shall develop short programmed in rural develops areas specially children and their mothers. (5 DAYS).
