ANNUAL BUDGET The most important role is that of mentor – giving free services, sparing time and arranging resources • Honorarium to faculty members: • (Rs. 1000*300) = 300,000 • Printing, stationary, TA, Camps, magazine printing etc. (Rs. 3 Lakhs) • Publicity : • (Brochure, publicity material, concept marketing, souvenirs, promotion campaigns, etc.) Rs. 3 lakhs • Administration : (one administration staff (one man office) Rs. 5000 * 12 = 60,000) • Rent of the building etc. = Rs. 20000 * 12 = 240000 • Even management – organising some event for social development, awareness and career guidance in partnership with others – Rs 3 lakhs • Miscellaneous expenditure = Rs.5 lakhs
