Architect : Munish Varma & Associates IT Park At Noida sector 62 On 20000sqmt with total BUA of 5lakh sqft . Proposed to be Green building having potential to generate CTU for monetization. Mall At Wazirpur : My role in this project was at close out stage MY Role : 1) Project formulation & Viability analysis along with marketing department as well as cost analysis ,2) providing technical support to Liaison department in Licensing, Demarcation , Zoning , EIA , Airport authority ,ground water , HUDA Forest , Fire department etc .3) HUDA, 3) Preparing project brief and RFP for Consultants 4) Overall Planning designing and construction of sample flat complete with interiors 4) Short listing and appointing consultants 5) Design coordination and quality management of consultant deliverables i.e. drawings and construction documents both in terms of accuracy and schedule
