Resipi Masakan AYAM MASAK PALEMBANG Bahan2 untuk 1 ekor ayam A: Bahan2 dikisar Bwg besar - 2 biji (sederhana) Bwg putih - 5 - 6 ulas Halia - besar ibu jari Bahan2 B: serbuk kunyit Daun kari - 2 - 3 tangkai Kicap manis - 1/2 cawan Cili blend - ikut pedas ( 2 senduk nasi) Asam keping - 2 keping besar Santan - 100ml Minyak untuk tumis garam dan gula secukup rasa Cara2 1. gaul ayam dengan kunit dan garam.. goreng setengah masak dan ketepikan 2. Panaskan minyak 3. Tumis bwg besar , bwg putih , halia sampai naik bau 4. Masukkan cili blend. 5. Tumis sampai pecah minyak. 6. Masukan kicap. Kalau nak lebih hitam tambah kicap pekat. 7. Masukkan daun kari 8. Tumis sekejap, masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa. 9. Masukkan asam keping 10. Masukkan ayam dan masak sehingga ayam empuk. 11. Masukkan santan 12. Biarkan mendidih dan boleh dihidangkan 😊 13. Kalau kering sangat masukkan air sedikit Selamat Mencuba
