• Kebutuhan air s/d titik Bd. Argoguruh (pada diversi): Layanan th 2003 seluas 46.350 ha, setelah 5 tahun seluas 58.640 ha; setelah 10 tahun diasumsikan menjadi 66.500 ha. Total kebutuhan irigasi dipengaruhi oleh satuan kebutuhan air, luas layanan, pola tanam, tingkat pertumbuhan dan musim. Satuan kebutuhan air irigasi Sekampung 1,3 -1,4 l/dt/ha rata-rata. Kebutuhan air untuk lingkungan antara Btg-Argoguruh sebesar 2 m3/dt, dan ke arah hilir Argoguruh 3,8 m3/dt.

(4) Hasil Simulasi Model Irigasi Sekampung • Dengan adanya Waduk Batutegi, luas fungsional irigasi Sekampung dari 46.350 ha menjadi 58.640 ha (tambahan: sub-sistem Bekri & Rumbia) dapat memperoleh air secara lebih handal. • Dengan scenario ini akan diperoleh faktor k sedikit di atas 70%, dan waduk tidak gagal mencapai volume normalnya. • Apabila tingkat perkolasi di sawah bisa dikurangi (saat ini berkisar 5-16 mm/hari), hal itu dapat meningkatkan keandalan pemberian air, atau dapat digunakan memperluas daerah layanan menjadi 66.500 ha.
• Juga direkomendasikan upaya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penyaluran air melalui peningkatan O&P. Department of Public Works
