City of Puerto Princesa) x----------------------------------------------x AFFIDAVIT OF NON-LOSS I, EVANGELINA SALAS MAGLEO, Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of 45 Don Pedro St., Coron, Palawan, after being sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say: 1. That I the sole heir of the late ROSARIO SALAS MAGLEO and GERARDO MAGLEO who are among the co-owners of the parcels of land covered by TCT No. T6498, with an area of 907,183 square meters, and TCT No. T-6493, with an area of 3,527,926 square meters, both situated in Barangay YKR (formerly San Nicolas), Coron, Palawan. As proof thereof, hereto attached as Annex “A” and “B” are copies of the “Affidavit of Adjucation by Sole Heir of ROSARIO SALAS MAGLEO and GERARDO MAGLEO”; 2. That as the heir of ROSARIO SALAS MAGLEO and GERARDO MAGLEO, I was entrusted the possession of the Owner’s Duplicate Copy of the aforementioned titles since March 13, 1999. For ease of reference, I can present the said titles upon request by the appropriate government agency (i.e. Register of Deeds); 3. That, in view of the foregoing, any affidavit executed attesting to the fact of loss of the aforementioned titles are false and should not be given any consideration; and 4. That, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and to rebut any affidavit of loss, or any document to that effect, executed attesting to fact of loss of TCT No. T-6493 and TCT No. T-6498.
