ABSTRACT Mr. E 44 year old suffered on walking limitation (squatting position) as long as about 11 year old after third degree burn accident (autoanamnesa), with main symptom: movement limitation on articulatio genu bilateral. Diagnosis: Severe Contractures Articulatio Genu Bilateral Et Causa Third Degree Burn (full thickness burn). Intervention: In this case, releasing contracture surgery was did by multiple Z-plasty method. After releasing process finished, immediately foreslab was assembled by responsibility doctor’s for postsurgery immobility and stabilization during 3 weeks and permanently wound treatment was did to prevent the infection. Results: Patient can walk is like normally person with walker. Conclusion: Reported patient with walking limitation (squatting position) caused by severe contractures articulatio genu bilateral et causa third degree burn (full thickness burn), and the contractures has released by multiple Z-plasty and immediately foreslab was assembled during 3 weeks and after foreslab extrication patient practice actively with walker. The result patient can walk is like normally person, but for complete elimination the limitedness need continuously observation by responsibility doctor’s after patient out from the hospital.
