Narrowboat Hakuna

Orion Narrowboats have a reputation for stylish shells of the highest quality. As bespoke builders, it is infrequently that one becomes available in the second hand market. This gas free tug, fitted out in part by Orion and completed by a professional joiner friend of the owner, is designed and proven as a live aboard. There is a host of extras – washer, dryer, dishwasher, diesel cooking. The storage is plentiful and the interior finish highly detailed. A splendid mahogany block floor, originally part of a sports hall, is offset by extensive use of light oak whilst in the bedroom pale cream painted planking lines the walls in traditional style. The drive is hydraulic and, as the picture above demonstrates, delivers considerable power when required.
