Narrowboat Moody

This boat has been designed as and used by the two owners to date as an economical live aboard - hence the extremely low number of engine hours. Fitted out by the first owners to a reasonable standard it contains a good sized bath, fridge and freezer, good sized saloon and a sociable cruiser stern which is fitted with a tonneau cover for protection in poor weather. The forward cockpit is protected by a cratch cover and has useful storage space extending under the bow. The Spanish produced Sole engine is not commonly found in narrowboats and is a Mitsubishi unit (commonly used by Vetus) and is to be found all over Europe in many sea going craft. The owners state that the picturesque mooring is available to the buyer and is located close to Northampton. A full survey was carried out in September 2007 and is available to prospective purchasers.
