ACT Strategic Bushfire Management Plan version two
“Write On” Parents
The ACT Emergency Services Agency (ESA) released the first ACT Strategic Bushfire Management Plan (SBMP) in January 2005 to provide a clear guide on the management of bushfire risk in the Territory. The ESA, in close liaison with key government and community stakeholders, has now reviewed the SBMP.
“Write On” Parents is a free, interactive two hour workshop that will provide parents with the skills and resources to identify the handwriting needs of their child and explore the foundational skills necessary for the development of handwriting.
The formal draft of the SBMP version two is now available for final public comment prior to finalisation of the Plan.
“An engaging and well presented workshop, well worth the effort of attending.” Parent of 5 year old.
The purpose of this formal consultation is to provide the community the draft Plan and an opportunity for groups or individuals to provide feedback and raise issues on the draft Plan to the ESA. Comments received will be considered by the ESA in finalising the Plan.
